Anyone lucky?

Hello all,
I found a Russian site that looks very promising for research. However, I have not been successful to display any item (neither maps, newspaper/gazetta, bulletin of front information, etc..). I always get a blank window with a spinning icon telling me something is loading, but nothing comes up...

I have tried from two different computers at two different locations and have silverlight installed (required to view items).

An example of what I try to view is at this link:
Боевой порядок 26-го гвардейск...

Go to bottom of page and click the link to open item.

If someone is able to view, I would like to learn what I am missing.
Thanks in advance!

It's the "Перейти к просмотру карты" link at the bottom of the page that's the problem. I haven't been able to view those pages for several days now as well. All it says is "Wait" with the spinning icon.

Re: Anyone lucky?

Thanks all! I have same problem as Lapa and Auke. But for me, as I just discovered the site yesterday, it has never worked yet and I thought something was blocking communication or I was missing a piece of software.

Will wait patiently for it to come back then!

Re: Anyone lucky?

I think I had this problem and resolved it by switching web browsers. I think it worked on either Chrome or Safari, but not Firefox.

Re: Anyone lucky?

Still doesn't work for me.
Tried IE, Firefox, latest Chrome and now even with Opera 11.60

Tried from work (behind a web proxy and firewall) and from home (unfortunately, my Internet connection is through my Android phone - usb-thethering) and can't get it work. It doesn't work from my android phone browser neither. I always get the blank page with "Ожидайте" message making me believing something is going to come up, but it doesn't.

Will give another try when I have a chance to be at some friend's home. It's unfortunate because it seems to be a very interesting site with lot of content. Not sure if it's easy to export and keep a copy of the material we like though.

Re: Anyone lucky?

Might want to try and update Java as well; sometimes that helps.
