Looks like a document for the "Youth" medal. It does say medal for young participant VDNKh.

Never seen one of these before :thumbsup

This just in; BDHX Youth medal with red ribbon. I've seen these also with light and dark blue ribbons. This may be some sort of class or grade as the gold and silver grade 'Winner of Exhibition' medals are red and blue respectivly.

After some searching I'm beginning to be afraid that you are correct; I've seen no other examples with a red ribbon. :banghead
