I see from what I've just read on another thread that you weren't able to get a refund on this piece!
There is a similar situation mentioned on the W-A Forum, another collector has also been deceived by this same bad dealer and the negotiations don't seem to come to an end, or at least to a satisfying one!

Can you please let us know what are his arguments for not refunding your money?
