This guy is great! Of course he was known as "four-times Nevsky"--the 3 awards plus his name. :)

Looks more like 50th anniversary SAF.

I find it interesting that the colonel Grishin has a graduation badge from a technical university (blue, white edges, hammer and wrench). I thought an academy level graduation (white badge) was more or less mandatory or standard for senior ranks.

Here's disassembled Nevsky order.

Anyone has an idea why Nevsky order has stamped details underneath the attached red Star (wreath lines, shield, sword, etc)?
