Medal for the Fighters against Fascism, 1933-45 / Medaille für Kämpfer gegen Faschismus 1933-45

The first variety (1958). Awarded to anti-Hitlerite fighters and resistance workers.

And the distinctive ribbon bar in wear.

I hope my post helps out this thread. The attached document with ausweis was given to a member of the MfS September 1958.
