2. Rank. Private 3. Position and unit. Rifleman, 1st Battalion, 390th Rifle Regiment, 89th Rifle Division Presented For The Governmental Award Medal "For Bravery". 4. Year of birth. 1910 5. Nationality. Armenian 6. Party Membership. Member VKP/b/ 1939 7. Participation in the Civil War, subsequent military activity in defence of the USSR and Patriotic War /where, when/ In Mozdok direction from 18th September 1942 to 17th November 1942. 8. Has been wounded, contused in Patriotic War. Heavy wound to left arm and leg 17th November 1942. 9. From which time in Red Army. From 16th March 1942. 10. Which Regional Military Commissariat called. Basargechar Regional Military Commissariat, Armenian SSR. 11. Has received awards (for which distinction). Award not had. Comrade Hachaturjan participated in combat against German invaders in the staff of 390th Rifle Regiment, 89th Rifle Division in the position of Rifleman 1st Battalion in the region of the city of Mozdok from 18th September 1942 to 17th November 1942. Being on the offensive as part of a platoon he was the first to burst into an enemy trench and destroyed by himself one German (by his word). Comrade Hachaturjan at the present time works as the head of the trade section of Basargechar Region, while working in the presidium of the regional council committee gives positive characteristics. Attached to the award list is the information on the wounds from Evacuation Hospital 1544 #383 of 1st April 1943. For the above mentioned combat feats is meriting of presentation of the Governmental award Medal "For Bravery". Military Commissar Basargechar Regional Military Commissariat Major Bagdasarjan. 26th October 1945

P#022923 issued by the Military Commissariat Of The Armenian SSR on 1st June 1945. The act awarding this Medal was issued on 26th July 1945.
