Badge "50 Years Of Membership In The Communist Party" Document.
Two variations of the award card, that came with a badge issued after 50 or more years of membership in the Soviet Communist Party.

What are the difference in the document stamps? The real one has the KPSS stamp, the false one has a KPU stamp..what is KPU? Art

Badge for 50 years of membership in the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. The design resembles the Order of Lenin, but this cutie is smaller and worn on the collar.

This one is likely genuine
The funky clasp on the back is a bear to hook up and unhook, probably designed so that you don't lose your pin easily. There have been some fakes on the market (ebay especially) that have a simpler single hook pin back.

50 year member KPSS badge - variant
We started this post with a 50 badge that looked like Order of Lenin and was a 50 year pin for members of the Communist Party (badge in silver). It was noted by another poster that it was difficult to pin. I have one where the recipient solved that problem. An almost unique (i am sure) screwback 50 year pin for Communist Party membership!

50-year badge...
I had wondered about this one (the 50th badge), and am glad I stumbled on this posting. I have picked up two of these in the past couple months just because the construction was very nice, but I wasn't sure what I was getting.
