Medals "For Distinction In Service".
The Medals "For Distinction In Service" are awarded by the Ministry Of Internal Affairs for 10, 15 and 20 years excellent service. A parallel of the Russian Federation Medals and a continuation of the Soviet Medals.
Here is the 1st Class, 20 years.
