Comrade Pevzner, Z. Ja. working in the Military Tribunal Kronshtadt Naval Defence Region, Red Banner Baltic Fleet from 26th August 1941, i.e. almost from the very start of the Great Patriotic War:
From 26th August 1941 to 2nd February 1942 performed the position of judicial secretary of the Military Tribunal Kronshtadt Naval Defence Region, from 2nd February and to the current time working in the position of Senior Secretary of the Military Tribunal.
For all the Patriotic War Comrade Pevzner energetically and in good faith performed his responsibilities of service and always, within these duties, in a timely manner provided uninterrupted work of the Military Tribunal.
In the period of the blockade of Leningrad Comrade Pevzner steadfastly endured all difficulties and fairly performed his responsibilities of work, without concern of time or amount of load, showing examples of good quality work.
Working in conditions of combat situations, in Kronshtadt, Comrade Pevzner always held himself bold and in the time of enemy bombing and firing at the city.
