One is a bone white/ivory color, the other a light grey. They measure 44mm by 29mm. The screwplate is tiny: 9mm Quality is typical ie low. Light metal and probably painted "enamel" with a clearcoat over the whole obverse.

Your badges are East German Police Academy badges. I believe there is a third one with a dark green center as well. Unsure of order of precedence however.

Graduation badge OHS "Karl Liebknecht", Stralsund (Navy)
This graduation badge was designed by Fregattenkapitän Hans Beyer and a few examples were made but the OHS never got the authorisation to issue them.
