Hundreds and Hundreds of decrees from the 1960's through to the end concerning Labour awards, specially those awarded for the Five Year Plans. I have found something on all my Ukaz available Labour awards and even found a Labour award that was not connected to the Five Year Plans. It will be coming out of the woodwork later.

I think the bar's made up. The T5 ORBL is ahead of the T4, is one reason I feel so. The mismatched ribbon wear is another, and the remounted Labor Vet ribbon is the third.
I could be good, though. He got all the awards singly, and then mounted them himself, right at the end, without haveing a pro do it then that might explain it.
