i buy my example for $20 can dollar , i see two more for sale , one for EUR 150,00:thumbsdown and the other for 1euro :thumbsup...

well this one says 'Badge of Honour' as far as I remember Ukrainian though(i might be wrong) it seems Odessa city having a lot of fun :D if be trustful that city always have a l000000t of fun.

I'm this is the 150 Euro one. It looks like it would be for a higher (national) award rather than a regional (city) award. The quality also seems a bit more impressive, to me at least. I really haven't kept up on modern Ukrainian awards. I have my hands full with the past.:D However, I have seen some very nice and certainly more tasteful than some of the modern RF awards.:rolleyes:
