Presented for the Medal "For Combat Merits".

7. Participation in the Civil War, subsequent military activity in defence of the USSR and Patriotic War (where, when) Participant in the Patriotic War from May 1943.
8. Has been wounded or contused in Patriotic War. Not had.
9. From which time in Red Army. From May 1943.
10. Which Regional Military Commissariat called. Pechenegi Regional Military Commissariat
11. Has received awards (for which distinction) Not had.

True to oath at the front from May 1943.
Stable in combat situations.
Working as a line supervisor of the Cable-Pole Company Ljashenko showed himself, like a fighter, despising death.
Working to position cable-post lines in the region of Rakówka, Zalesie, Osówiec-Szlachecki Red Army Soldier Ljashenko showed courage and valour. The site, where he was putting up the line, was mined.
The enemy subjected him to aerial bombing, despite of this Ljashenko fearlessly went forward. Extracting the mines under aerial bombardment, eliminated the damage.

Comrade Ljashenko is worthy of the Governmental Award Medal "For Combat Merits".
