Awarded to Qemal Ethem Çopani on 31st March 1981 by Decree #6311.

"Has worked with the spirit of revolutionary consciousness and is distinguished in fulfilling and surpassing the tasks in the sector of labour, becoming an example for others".

Unfortunately this decree is not yet available, even though the Archive has been updated and moved recently.

Miltiadh Spiro Dunda also received this Certificate Of Praise from "Goma"

"For good mobilisation of labour, for the realisation and surpassing of the plan of the state and social activity for honour of 1st May".

This example was awarded to Hilmi Siri Halimi on 11th December 1961 by Decree 3397.

"For good labour in the implementation of geological duties towards new objects and natural resources. Has devoted importance to the acquisition of geological sciences and has maintained good behaviour".

A little more research shows Engineer Hilmi Halimi was co-author of the Atlas Of Geothermal Resources In Albania.

This late example was awarded to Auto-worker Isuf Eqerem Imami on 15th February 1986 by Decree #7024.

"Is distinguished for the fulfilment of the tasks of the plan, for the maintenance of vehicles and for saving tyres and fuel, becoming an example for others".

Another late example. Awarded to Vasil Dhimiter Kostes on 21st September 1984 by Decree 6913.

"Is consistently distinguished in fulfilling and surpassing the tasks in the sector where they work, becoming an example for others."

Not an Albanian name.

Here is a fairly early example awarded to Zaide Hajro Bocko by Decree 3745 on 2nd November 1963.

"Has shown that he is always ready for the call to emancipation of women of the village and city and for carrying out the problems of the organisation".

Unfortunately it doesn't mention which organisation, obviously one dealing with women's rights. Decree not yet available.

Here is another late example - with a mint error.

Awarded to Margarit Sotir Gjerçi on 20th July 1989 by Decree #7320.
"Is distinguished for untiring labour in the completion of tasks assigned, therefore becoming an example for others".

Here is a mid-period example awarded to Tomor Meki Ruçi on 27th May 1982 by Decree 6562.

"Is distinguished for timely completion with quality the assigned tasks and for the exploitation of working time".

Awarded to Haxhi Ismail Vogli on 3rd September 1984 by Decree #6908. "For labour of high conscientiousness and mobilisation, in the production of 15 aggregate tractors for the cleaning of oil wells, in realising and exceeding by 110 percentthe last 5 year plan."

Haxhi Vogli is listed on the Governmental site as a recipient of reparations for being persecuted by the former Communist Government. This must have happened after this award.
