Here's a slightly different variation from the 1950s, issued to Shishkin, Vladimir Alexandrovich and a set of badges to go with such an ID.

What awesome IDs!

Interestingly the first one gives the specific vehicle type - the Su-76 self-propelled gun. Sadly, for logical reasons of security the later ones only give vehcile class - in the first case heavy (likely an ISU-122 or -152 SPG or Joseph Salin tank) and in the second medium (likely still a T-34/85 at this point but just maybe a new T-54).

Yes, this doc certifies that this person posseses class 3 license.

Bottom left also says, must have this document to drive any military vehicle.

License 3rd class for T-60 tank for Senior Sergeant Konstantin Petrovich Baldukov. 22 September 1943.

Looks like perhaps the 30th Guards Tank Brigade??

The T-60 was a light (amphibious?) tank in Red Army's WWII inventory. It still made up over 1/3 of the total tank force in 1943 but is largely forgotten today.
