Here is the Badge "100th Anniversary Najden Gerov Polytechnic School Lom" dating from late 1978. The "Najden Gerov" School was founded by the Russian interim Bulgarian government in late 1878 with classes starting on 25th November 1878. The school was renamed after the Bulgarian revivalist and linguist in 1937. The school became a polytechnic in late 1960 and continues to educate to this day.
