I think that Russian newspapers, available online, can provide us with helpful information regarding Russian affairs, and on several occasions, pictures of veterans, parade, prominent soviet figures etc.

Pravda - the old newspaper even have online edition,
including English version:

Hmmm..I wonder if the two orders of lenin and the october revolution always had the "pravda" wording in them, even during soviet days..

Cool logo though..would look great on a big white tee-shirt.

No they did not modify the design during the Soviet reign, and the orders of Lenin said "Lenin" instead of pravda.
