Vicko Andrić Award/Nagrada Vicko Andrić

The Vicko Andrić Award is awarded for outstanding achievements in the field of protection of the cultural heritage in Croatia and for achievements in the conservation and restoration works on the preservation of cultural heritage, research and documentation of cultural goods; conservation and development of conservation and restoration and promotion of the protection of cultural heritage and enrichment of the total holdings of the Croatian cultural heritage.
The award is given as an annual, and as a lifetime award. The annual award is given to individuals for outstanding contributions to the protection of cultural heritage, a lifetime achievement award outstanding individuals who, through their outstanding work and contribution to the protection of cultural heritage marked the time in which they worked and whose work makes a whole, and their deeds and achievements remain for the permanent good of Croatian heritage.
