The seller states that it is an...

People are bidding on this "order". One time it was sold for almost $100.00.
What is it? Where does it come from?

in 1967 Hasbro put out a series called "soldiers of the world" of 6 different soldiers from 6 different countries. Each soldier came with a high ranking valor medal or medal of honor from his country. for example
1.Britian victoria cross
