Vietnamese Ribbon Bars.

– Combatant Order 2nd class; Combatant Order 3rd class; Resistance Order 2nd class.

– Resistance Order 3rd class; Liberation Soldier Medal 2nd class; Vietnam Army's Flag for Determined Victory Order (probably, other awards use this same ribbon but this is the most likely).

– Glory of Soldier 1st class; Glory of Soldier 2nd class; Glory of Soldier 3rd class.
