Here's the description:

A full size exact replica of the "Medal of Honor" of the former Soviet Union. The originals were produced of platinum and are priced accordingly. This one isn't, but looks the same for a whole lot less. Complete with correct ribbon and attaching device.

Quite interesting! This one is identical to the copies they used to make out of brass. Are they running out of brass?

Oh I forgot to point out that apparently they restarted the serial numeration with this variation - notice the what appears to be a 4-digit s/n...
