Brief description of personal deed or achievement:

While working the head of headquarters of airfield maintance division, comrade Uvarov made a considerable effort on conducting the training exercises. Systematically help the commanders of divisions with preparations of these excercises and often conducts practical training with them. As a result, batallion wins the 1st place in military training contest for the last 2 years. While being the head of train while relocating the batallion, he managed to organize the loading and unloading of equipment in a normative time. There were no incidents in the course of relocation.

While praparations to the battles with Japanese imperialists were intact, he organized a Party's control over the execution of my orders and orders of higher authorities; he always knew the course of work of every department, and always helped if needed.

When war actions started, he controlled the supply of aircraft' armaments and fuel. Division's documentation was correct, records were kept in order. All required information, operational reports in particular, was provided in time. There were no cases of losing the secret documents.

Despite of personal busyness, he could organize a (?) occupation time in the division. Has a prestige with the division's staff.

He is fully devoted to the Party of LENIN-STALIN and his Socialist Motherland. Deserves the goverment's medal of Red Star.
