On behalf of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet USSR, I award the following:
Combat Service Medal to:

1. Regimental HQ Scout Squad Leader Guards Senior Sergeant Rem Konstantinvocih Dolbnikov who, on 10th March, 1945 in a forward observation post near Kapolpashniek discerned an enemy formation preparing to counterattack when he transmitted the coordinates to the firing positions after which several volleys as many as 30 enemy soldiers and officers were destroyed.
