Award record card error?

This looks like a clear long service progression. But the Red Banner should be dated 30.12.56 instead of '57. Is it safe to say this was a clerical error? Or was there indeed an Ukaz of 30.12.57? And if so, what was it for?

Very possible a clerical order, especially if the award was granted in DEC '56 and the clerk filling it out had the current year 1957 in mind.
