It is really nice when you get all the "hits" you need.
The Bar would suggest that after leaving active service he didn't bother mounting the rest. Checked the missing serial numbered awards and I don't have them. The pair of awards for a single action reminds me of the Great War American double Medal Of Honor recipients who got both for the same action but from the Departments of the Army and Navy (yes the USMC is part of the Navy). It is a good example of how different commanders award things differently.
