Hello all - The X World Festival Of Youth And Students Berlin 1973 was a large festival and I want to add a document that was presented to persons who were involved with the festival.

The posted document is a variant document that was presented to a former officer of the MfS in August 1973. This document was presented with a small cased medallion.
