Without commenting on the cap or seller, its been up on E three times. I doubt it will sell there. -DD

After reviewing this seller's recent sales success or more appropriately, lack thereof, DougD's non-comment says it all.
As we both can attest, however, don't doubt for a moment that extremely rare genuine Soviet cloth items can occasionally be found on this well-known auction site.
