Badge "Master Of The 37th World Shooting Championship Moscow 1958".

I don't collect Sports items, but this one has two crossed rifles! Can't help but wonder how many WW2 men competed, who have leveled a rifle at more than a paper target..

Afraid not. But the competition was otherwise international in nature, with 20+ countries represented. Here's more info on the event:
