Ministry Of Industry And Crafts Open Pass.

Here is an Open Pass of the Ministry Of Industry And Crafts issued to Reference Manager III Class Mincho Hristov Martalozov on 4th April 1949.

What is telling is the 1946 printed "General Secretary" has been replaced by "Assistant Minister" - Positions, Ministries and general structuring never lasted long in the PRB.
