Comrade Kisel'kov, N. M. for the period of stay in the 521st Separate Battalion Of Communications from 16-11-1944 has shown himself to be a disciplined examplary Red Army Soldier, performing all the tasks of commanders. Excellently working to guide the communications of the 272nd Rifle Division, 310th Rifle Division, 205th Rifle Division, 313th Rifle Division and 27th Rifle Division repeatedly positioned under enemy artillery fire in the region of the locations of the specified Divisions. Comrade Kisel'kov quickly eliminated breaks under enemy fire providing communication uninterruptedly.
Comrade Kisel'kov, H.M. is presented for the award - The Medal "For Bravery".
