A group gought recently on the marketplace.

First we have 2 bilingual conference mandates from 1955 - of 25th (January) and 26th (December) Regional conferences of Yangi-Yul Region of the Comunist Party of Uzbekistan. He was a delegate of the ROM (?) MVD. Each of the mandades was filled-in only on one side - one on Uzbek, other on Russian.

A gun licence allowing him to posess a TOZ (Tula) sport cal .22 rifle (TOZ-14 or TOZ-18, I guess) and giving info on his work - he works with the State Security Committee as a plenipotentiary of the KGB for the city of Yangi-Yer

A KGB pensioneer ID in a cover for "Officer ID". The cover was made in Petrodvorets, a long way from Uzbekistan. He probably stored his officer's ID in it before...

The ID was issued to him in 1964 after 27 years of work, which means his work probably started around 1937, probably with his conscription? He could have been born in 1919, which would mean that he retired at the age of 45. He still had the rank of major.

Another page has his photograph in nice M55 uniform. Unfortunately the awards are covered by the "stamp slot". He looks like a 45-50-year old to me.

At aclose-up, You can see that he wore his emblems "upside-down" - apparently on purpose. Was it just his fancy, ar was it a mark of some superstition? Well, with his position probably he was never questioned about that.

Found 1919 sr. lt. Dzhura Atamuratov's wound Red Star/BM citation on podvig, could be him, but the service seems to be not GB-related. Can be him,but could be someone else.

So i never hear the word Plenipotentiary before in my life then it shows up twice in a week!
