Imperial Russian Dagger.

The dagger lloks beautiful, but ... seeing what this dealer has for sale (too many fakes), I am not sure about this one.
Two orders on one dagger - is it possible?
Condition of almost 100 years old dagger?
Are these orders original, even the dagger was restored and looks original it self?
