Naval Ukrainian order
I have this order from Ukraine (former Soviet republic) in my collection. I compared this one to all Ukrainian awards I could find on the web, but this particular one has not been mentioned anywhere.
The award is nicely made, heavy multipiece construction, sterling silver (note sterling mark on the back), and has the ribbon with the colors of Ukrainian state banner to be worn around the neck. I was told that this may be awarded by some Naval organization ("vedomstvo") and is not an official state award. Does anyone know what this award is?
