Badges "Railway Troops Specialist".
The Bulgarian Railway Troops emulated many other forces and nations with mid-cold war "Specialist" Badges. The pinback Badges feature the flags of allied Warsaw pact nations but surprisingly no railway symbolism (other than the very stylised wings).
Here is 1st Class.
