Unfinished general's uniform
This uniform seems to be unfinished. What would be a reason for that? Is it "reserve" uniform (the guy ordered two)? Wrong size? Owner died?
Thanks in advance |

Fake maybe? Do you know its origin?

Are those being faked? Wouldn't a fake have all the "accesories" (to make it more attractive)?
Anyway - I am not sure of the origin, but I've bought it togeather with other items, usualy with labels indicating Belarus. I don't remember for sure, but this one probably has a label of WOENTORG in Minsk in the inside pocket. I'll check it. |

If it has the Voyentorg label, I'd say it is just an unissued generals or marshals uniform that never found its way to any owner, thus lacking shoulderboards and collar insignias.

A small mistake - the label saying "shevnoye atelie Woyentorg g. Minsk" is on the trousers That accompanied the jacket when I gought it. The jacket has nó markings. Sorry for the mistake. |
