Medal "65 Years Of Victory Over Germany In The Great Patriotic War".
Here's a hoot for you guys. It's not as bad as some other post-Soviet medals I've seen, but if anyone has ever seen this and knows who issues it, please let me know because I am curious now. It almost (and I mean almost) looks official. Thanks for any help.

Next, the medal for "65 Years of Great Victory". Same quality as the previous medal... note the richness of the plating. Modeled after the Order of the GPW 1st Class and with that ribbon on the suspension. First the document:
