25th Anniversary Northern Fleet
Hi
Sorry if this is in the wrong section... Can anyone tell me please if this is as I understand it to be - a certificate "For success in combat and political training" I understand the recipient to be midshipman Leonid Bondarenko (?) and the printed signature of Admiral A. Chabanenko but that is where my Russian language skills end. I am a little cofused about the date printed as 1958. Is that the date of the order but not necessarily the date of issue based on the fact that the Northern Fleet was founded in 1937? The document is printed on fairly this paper but for some inexplicable reason has been trimmed down the left edge and is in generally poor state Any thoughts would be much appreciated and thanks in advance |

Re: Gramotas.
His "middle name" is Danilovich.
The Northern Fleet evolved from the Northern Flotilla. The Northern Flotilla was gathered at Murmansk on 5th August 1933 which would explain the 1958 25th anniversary.

"Komsomol Committee of the Evenk Okrug thanks Savenkov Viktor, brigadir in Evenk-67, for high success in production and for active participation in the daily life of the okrug."
Anyone knows what is Evenk-67? |

Re: Gramotas.
Going by other similarly named events of the time Evenkia-67 was probably a mass sporting event or an Okrug motor rally. No doubt in conjunction with the 50th anniversary of the October Revolution.

Re: Gramotas.
This diploma was issued to Vassili Ivanovich Chein (?) for construction of the Saratov - Moscow gas pipeline. The stamp is from the NKVD.

Re: Gramotas.
These 2 diplomas were issued to the same member of MVD, Ivan Iakovlevich Simonov .
The first was issued by the republican branch of Karelia when Karelia was the 16th republic of the Union. The second one was issued "for activ participation in construction of the Kuibichev GES (?), in honor of the 40 years of the October Revolution. |

Re: Gramotas.
It's very nice to see a KFSSR item. Not too many of them are seen (which is why that forum section is so sparsely populated).
