and implementation of the grain procurement plan in 1956.

The 3 following diplomas are issued by republican ministries of road transport and highway. The design is similar and diferred only by the colors of flag, language of the titular nationality and quality of the print house.

The first one is issued in 1970 in the RSFSR to Vinogradov Vassili Pavlovich, who "received insigna of defaultless work of second class, for great number of working years without mistakes, discipline infringement, nor rule breach".
