First Warsaw seems ok, Prague has a correct engraving but the loop is off-centred...

the second Warsaw is an ugly casting...

looks like the ring was reattached while held with pliers(?), but i like it :thumbsup

Looks okay to me. There are Prag medals with turned avers and reverse engraving.
star: at the buttom of avers

big star ~ 4,5 mm
1) avers and reverse normal

small star ~ 3,5 mm
1) avers and reverse normal
2) avers turned to right
3) reverse turned to right

It is off-centered with respect to the avers, but well centered if you look the other side. This is very common, I think that it is just a workmanship issue. The operator doesn't center the medal on the second die when he has to struck the reverse, therefore the two sides of the medal get an uneven clocking. Then the suspension ring is soldered centered to the side the worker is looking at.
