Badge "For A Friend Of A Disabled Person".

My main job in real life is working with people with disabilities.
Currently there is an interesting badge on E.
Russian Soviet Badge “For A Friend of A Disabled Person”.
The badge is minted in 1923 by The Ukrainian Soviet Committee For the Disabled.
Any ideas, is this badge original? As for me, looks like - yes

I have never seen any badge like this one. From the way it looks and is made, I would tend to agree with you on the point of originality, although nothing can replace examining it in person. All I can safely say is: Make sure the seller gives you some money back garanty.
