Lenin Armband

Can anyone tell me about this armband? I just received it from a friend in Lithuania....he seems to belive it has some value. Opinions? Comments?

It appears to be a Ukrainian SSR item for "assisting children in memory of Lenin". It may have some small value to collectors of Lenin memorabilia or if you could ever find such a thing as a collector of children related Soviet memorabilia.

However, not being military or revolutionary it does not have any high value.

Does anyone know what kind of armband this is? It is from an american book about victory in europe.

such patches with "P" were used by traffic control units at that time.
