Valiant Soldier Victory Decoration.
This award is classed as being one of the NLF Hero decorations. It was awarded in four classes, UU-TU "excellent" then CAP I, II & III first, second and third classes. Awarded to NLF forces for exemplary performance of duty.
The inscription reads: DUNG-SI QUYET-THANG (Valient Soldier Victory) The image below is the UU-TU "excellent" class of this decoration.
