1945 Repealed Anti-Jewish Laws Treasury Bonds.

Here is a selection of Interest Free Treasury Bonds issued on 26th December 1945 by the Head Directorate Of Government And Government Guaranteed Debt. These were "Issued on the grounds of the Ordinance-law to regulate the property consequences of the repeal of anti-Jewish laws".

Bulgaria unlike other Axis aligned nations did not deport Jews from their pre-war borders and the population of c48,000 were stripped of rights and heavily taxed but not "liquidated". The Jewish population of Bulgaria drastically reduced during the People's Republic and in the first 10 years of communism over 38,000 had left (primarily for Israel).

I have not seen any of these bonds have their 1950 or 51 coupons cashed so the PRB may have cancelled them.
