Medal "Glory To The Heroes For The Freedom Of Bulgaria".
Here is the Medal "Glory To The Heroes For The Freedom Of Bulgaria" (Слава На Героите За Свободата На България). This hurriedly and cheaply produced Medal, though not a state award, was created in late 1944 to reward the "liberators" of Bulgaria. This was the second time Bulgaria was "liberated". The Battle Of Shipka Pass Monument is depicted on the obverse.
