Another very reasonably aged piece.
This Medal seemed to usually be found in a condition that shows wear from daily wear and not the usual abuse that is seen on so many. Maybe this has something to do with the nationalist overtones of the award. Celebrating an independent Afghanistan rather than party politics or service to a regime.
