Belichkova's Order "9th September 1944" most probably had something to do with a 30th anniversary.

Finally a 1985-03-08 Jubilee Medal ''40th Anniversary Of Victory Over Hitler's Fascism''. Awarded by Decree №63 (as most awards of this Medal were).
