Veteran of First Cav. Army
I got this recently and must confess that I like the look of it. But points raised on "another forum" made me post it here. Are these faked? Have anyone seen one?
Opinions welcomed. /Kim |

Kim,
These ARE faked (what isn't these days?) because it is a very popular area, and because (I believe...) that the 1st Cavalery Army was commanded by Budenniy. I have seen once an original, and they wanted huge money for it. Marc |

I can't say I'm surprised Marc. But if they are faked have you seen the fakes? Those must be easier to find than the originals.
I saw one briefly on a seller's listing this year. He wanted 250usd for it. But I haven't any pics of that one. /Kim |

Kim,
I did see a few fakes. Rather well made, with hot enamel. Marc |
