PTRS Anti Tank Rifle.
Hi Guys, I have been collecting WW2 Soviet Infantry weapons for many years now. This is my favourite item from my collection.
Deactivated, but will still cock and field strip. 14.5 mm. Cheers, Ade.

Re: PTRS Anti Tank rifle
I've been thinking of getting one of these for a while. Ammunition isn't as easy to get as the 7.62X54 rounds though. Have you managed to obtain any deactivated rounds to carry around with it?
I may just get a Maxim 1910/30 instead. Having a fully active, ready-to-go machinegun in the middle of the living room is certainly a conversation piece. "Self defence" obviously - got to make sure nobody spills anything on the finished maple floor!

Re: PTRS Anti Tank Rifle.
These are pretty hard to find now. My advice to to buy one if you see one on offer.
Deactivated ammo can be found OK though. Have a nice ground dug full clip (now inert) found in the Czech Republic about 10 years ago. I have a M1910 Maxim too. I will show it in a new thread. Cheers, Ade.

Re: PTRS Anti Tank Rifle.
Nice one.
I would always be interested in any awards to anti tank riflemen. Cheers, Ade.
