Nice condition. Looks almost brand new.

Forgive me for going somewhat off-topic, but the attached is something I really like. If it were just in better condition, specifically the face, I'd be all over it like Beef on Weck!

I'm glad somebody caught that. Oh yeah, horseradish! The god of condiments. I made horsey sauce just today for our prime rib night.
