This is a book that is probably a must if you collect badges. I don't have it, but I will get one!

In Russian, soft cover, 108 pp. Over 200 excellent close-up pictures in full colour, obverse and reverse. The book consists of four parts covering award and qualification badges of Soviet Civil Defence: Voroshilov Marksman, "Ready for Labour and Defence", PVKhO (Anti-aircraft and Chemical Warfare Readiness) and Red Cross. On all four counts, this is the most factual, accurate and complete catalogue ever published.

Contains detailed information on makers, maker marks, dates of manufacture and requirements to be awarded with the badge. The book also shows fair market value of each variation in Russia.
